Dr. Murad Arif
Dr. Murad Arif is a fellowship trained Pain Medicine physician who offers his expertise and an advanced set of technical skills to serve the greater Temecula Valley region. Dr. Arif utilizes a comprehensive approach to the management of acute and chronic pain including interventional procedures such as radiofrequency ablation, epidural steroid injections, spinal cord stimulation, as well as regenerative medicine treatments including stem cell injections and platelet-rich plasma injections.
Dr. Arif completed his medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine. He then completed a residency in anesthesiology where he served as chief resident at the world-renowned Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. During his training, he was active in many committees including serving as a district director for the California Society of Anesthesiologists where he advocated for the specialties of both Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology. Dr. Arif then went on to complete a comprehensive and multi-disciplinary fellowship program in Pain Medicine, also at Cedars-Sinai. He is active in many professional organizations including the North American Neuromodulation Society, the Spine Intervention Society, The American Society of Anesthesiologists, and the California Society of Anesthesiologists.
Dr. Arif believes in a patient-centered individualized approach and seeks to improve the quality of life as well as restore the maximum amount of function of his patients.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and being active by playing basketball, working out, and hiking.
